I lost 125 lbs in 16 months through diet and exercise. I kept off for almost 5 years, but as soon as I hit my goal (not changing anything, still working out, counting calories), I began to see weekly increase of weight, which added up to almost a 30 lb gain in 3 years. I've been there and done everything (tests, dietician, trainer, heart rate to burn). Any ideas of how to lose this 30 lbs without starving?
