Weighing More After Smart Lipo?

Hi, I'm just a few days post op (3 days to be exact) and I was allowed to take off the gauze and shower for the first time last night.

However, I'm still wearing my compression garmet. I understand that I have a long way to go to heal but is it possible for me to weigh MORE after having Smart Lipo?

Pre Op: 5'3" - 117lbs, Post Op: 5'3" 123lbs

My weight usually does not fluctuate by this much. Prior to my op, I stayed within the (115-118) range consistently. I understand Smart Lipo is not a weight loss solution.
