4 Weeks out of Surgery, my Stomach is Still Really Hard. Is That Swelling?

My surgeon said there was nothing text book about my TT. Also my pubic mound I'll call it is really hard and sticks out alot more that it did befor surgery. Will that go away? And my inner thighs are huge(looks and feels like I've gained several pounds there). I'm guessing that this is from the swelling going south? I also didn't have my tubes removed for 3 weeks after surgery, could this be part of my swelling and hardness in my pubic area?
