Why implant would seem to "move."

The implants are placed in pockets created during surgery. The goal is to create as close a fit as possible. However, particularly with larger implants, the pocket may increase in size allowing the implant to slide around within it and be noticeable by the patient. This can happen due to creating too large a pocket, or by not strictly adhering to the postoperative instructions of bra support during the early healing period. Implants can move

The implants can occasionally move around in the pocket.  Sometimes one implant moves more that the other side.

Unusual detached sensation with breast implants

You may want to consider discussing this with your surgeon. Your symptoms depend on whether the implants are over or under the muscle and the type of implants (saline versus silicone, textured versus smooth)

Breast implant sensations

The implants may not feel like ap art of your body for a while.  This usually improves with time. If you need a lift and your breasts hang alot, they may feel like they are "not a part of your body".
