Why implant would seem to "move."
The implants are placed in pockets created during surgery. The goal is to create as close a fit as possible. However, particularly with larger implants, the pocket may increase in size allowing the implant to slide around within it and be noticeable by the patient. This can happen due to creating too large a pocket, or by not strictly adhering to the postoperative instructions of bra support during the early healing period. The implants can occasionally move around in the pocket. Sometimes one implant moves more that the other side.
