Ugh! i forgot that an orgasm would go against the elevated heart rate precaution and had an orgasm. How dangerous is this? I feel horrible

I generally recommend waiting until all the swelling is down before engaging in sexual activity as it can raise your blood pressure and heart rate and cause a risk of bleeding or increased swelling. So typically two weeks would be fine. However, I would not recommend a lot breast manipulation as part of your sexual activities until you are closer to six weeks.

Answer: You should be ok Thanks for your question. Sustained heart rate above 100 can increase your risk of developing a hematoma. If it's associated with lifting or heavy force on your chest then that will increase it further. Doubt you did anything to affect your results.
