I have to take a week off from my medication as I cannot get a sooner appointment to get a prescription - It's my birthday within this week so can I have a night out with a couple of drinks?

No Alcohol while on Accutane
As Accutane is metabolized through the liver, it is not recommended to consume alcohol during your treatment course even if taking a week of of the medicine.
