Invisalign: Q&A

Ask a Question

Wearing Carrier Device (Rubber Bands) Before Beginning Invisalign Treatment?

My orthodontist suggested that I should wear a carrier device (rubber bands) to correct my bite before beginning Invisalign treatment (there's an extra fee $650 for the device). I later found out that rubber bands can also be worn during Invisalign treatment. Are there reasons to choose one approach over the other?
