I am finding it virtually impossible to winnow down my eating/drinking time into a maximum total of 2 or 3 hours a day. As I am a firm believer that eating slowly is both healthier and desirable for weight loss, I cannot imagine gobbling my food (especially when dining out) in small windows for 8 months. (I am on 17 tray plan). So, my question is: wouldn't I garner the same benefit by staying with tray 3 or 4 days longer if my daily time was somewhat abbreviated? Thanks for your help.
