How Soon Can You Wear Heels After a Full Tummy Tuck and Muscle Repair?

It's okay to wear high heels as soon as you are comfortable walking in them after surgery. This will not happen in the first week! In the beginning plan to wear flat, comfortable shoes that will make walking as easy as possible. Recovery after tummy tuck

I think it would depend on how quickly your abdominal strength recovers and how soon you come off pain medications postoperatively. There is nothing inherently unsafe about wearing heels with regard to your healing, assuming you don't fall down! Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon or 2 and ask about aftercare recommendations.
