Compression garments after liposudction

Most surgeons recommend compression garments to be worn after liposuction. At times they make the patient more comfortable during the healing phase, may minimize bruising and improve contraction. Disadvantages are that too tight a garment can be uncomfortable, seams can hurt and cause temporary indents, more sweating is also noted in some. There are many manufacturers of these garments and there have been considerable improvements over the years.
