I have a rather long nose. The bottom of my nose is lower than most. It keeps my upper lip from lifting when I smile. Is it possible to reduce the bone or cartilage at the bottom of my nose to allow my teeth to show when I smile? I also have a rather narrow palate, so my side teeth do not show very well. Any other suggestions? In both pictures I had to force the smile to reveal my teeth. Thanks
