Gum Growing
You really need to see a dentist about this as soon as possible. There's no way to tell exactly what's happening here without an exam and x-ray.

Gum is Growing in Space
Go see your dentist immediately. Gums tend to grow into open spaces. Also, there might be decay forming where the cement fell out. Must be taken care of or you will lose your tooth!
