Warm or Cold Compresses for Faster Healing?

Do warm and cold compresses help me heal faster? Does it work for both major (plastic surgery) and minor procedures (peels)?

Compresses will not really make eyelid surgery healing faster

Hello, They are good to make a patient feel better, but there is no evidence they actually affect the healing process. Hot or cold versions work better for certain areas. I use cool to help after eyelid surgery, but not really much else unless patients express an interest.
