I have a wide and long face with very prominent cheekbones, a long forehead and facial fat around cheeks, jaws and neck giving me an overweight look, making my other features look small and my side profile 'flat'. I'm actually still very young, but i would like to consider v-line osteotomy, masseeter botox, zygoma reduction, hair transplant and fat injection to the forehead. I'm camera shy because my face always appear bigger than others and it makes me look older than i really am. So, doc? :)

I can have bangs to cover my long forehead but hair cannot hide my cheekbones, fat face and undefined jawline :(

Reducing the size of the face.

Yu can lower your hairline using the Fleming-Mayer irregular trichophytic hairline incision that we developed 25 years ago. It will make your face look smaller.
