I Want to Have Weight Loss Surgery But, my Insurance Won't Pay Anything. Is There Anything Else I Can Do?

I am 5'6" and weigh 320lbs. My work insurance won't pay anything and I cannot afford to pay cash. I looked into financing but can't get approved for enough to cover the cost. Is there anything else I can do? Please help.
