What Type of Acne Scars Do I Have? (photo)
Do I Have Ice Pick, Boxcar Scars or Rolling Acne Scar? I have been through hair removal treatment, had 1 profractional and 4 E-matrix treatment so far. Please advise should i do Co2 laser treatment, micro peel or E-matrix and how many of these treatments should i do to get atleast 80 - 85 % result. Should i do series of chemical peels, TCA peels, cosmelan mask treatment or microdermabrasion to get atleast even texture of the skin and reduce pigmentation. my skin tone is brown.

What Type of Acne Scars?
It appears that you have a combination of rolling and boxcar-type scars. Acne scars can be treatment resistant with non-aggressive treatment modalities. I would treat you with one or more fractional CO2 treatments. Judging from your skin type, you will probably hyperpigment but this will resolve. It is important to have realistic expectations. What you consider 80% may be different from what someone else thinks. Nevertheless, you can expect obvious improvement.
