I Want to Bleach the Skin on my Penis Due to Uneven Coloring. Is This Possible? (photo)

I am a 25-year old healthy male with no STDs or any history of such. But from as far back as I can remember the skin on my penis has been two different colors. The shaft is dark to deep brown while the head and where what would have been the foreskin (I am circumcised) is dramatically lighter and pinkish. Is there a way to bleach the skin or to have a physician perform some sort of peel to remove the dark color? I have been struggling with this for years and it has affected my personal life.
