Hi Snickers, Unfortunately, whether you put the cream on now or in three weeks, the tattoo will not go away using this method. The only proven way to remove tattoos is with q-switched laser treatments. Starting early, as soon as the skin around the tattoo is healed will mean quicker results for you.
