I have recently lost 110lbs and am still working on trying to loose the last 30 lbs to be at my goal weight of 125lbs. I have been consistent with loosing about a pound a week so I'm confident I will get these in a few months. Despite loosing over 100lbs my arms still look as big as they were before so I've been considering smart lipo. My question is, should I wait until I reach my goal to get the procedure?

Have an evaluation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and then evaluate your options. You might find the time is now to do the procedure or they may recommend you wait a little longer. But first, you need an evaluation.

It is nice to be at your ideal weight before liposuction, but not always possible.

If you are able to achieve an ideal BMI, then SmartLipo can be used for the final shaping. Some of my happiest patients have been a little bit overweight when we did the procedure. They were thrilled with the improved body contour and the improved fit in their clothing.
