How Soon After Suture Indents Should Laser be Carried Out?

How soon should laser be done on suture indents? And, what are the risks involved? What type of laser is best for them? It is driving me crazy that some doctors say sooner laser therapy on scars is better and some insist to wait. I know a lot of other people are going through the same thing, wondering if waiting is doing the right thing or if their scar would be better in the long run if they started laser treatments sooner. It is very frustrating but I also don't want to create a worse scar.
