Vivite or SkinMedica Products?

What do you consider a better, more efficient brand of medical grade skincare products -- SkinMedica or Vivite? The dermatologists and plastic surgeons' offices seem to push both. From the product quality standpoint and results you have seen, which is better for daily regimen to help with aging, moisturizing, light sun and environmental damage, etc?
