I Know of No Restrictions
As you pointed out Vitamin A supplements should be avoided while taking Accutane since they might exacerbate any potential complications. This does not apply to the amount of Vitamin A found in routine vitamin pills.
I do not know of any particular problems with Accutane and other vitamins.
