I am 4 weeks tomorrow post-op from a tummy tuck and breast aug and have heard that vitamin E oil is great help for scars. When can I begin to use it, should I continue using neosporin or is there anything else that is better for scars?

I am not convinced that Vitamin E is great for scars and believe that much of the benefits are attributable to the attention and massage. However, topical silicone gel sheeting has been reported to have some of the most beneficial effecfs on scars.
