49yr female. Acne all my life, with calm periods. Had Levulan with blue light 2005, acne subsided but after 5th treatment area around nose and nostrils inflamed red, pimple like bumps but no pus. Put on metrogel, vit A. Kept acne and rosacea under control until last couple of months. Acne vulgaris has flared up around top of mouth and one cheek(clusters red swollen, painful. Also with swollen red bumps on one side of nose and nostrils, painful. Please help. Told by doctor to do vipeel.
