Vibraderm safe for all skin types

Vibradermabrasion is considered more gentle and consistent and less traumatic to the skin than traditional microdermabrasion. I have never seen a single complication from vibraderm so I certainly would not expect scarring or pits - even in darker skin - when used correctly.

Vibradermabrasion in Darker Skin Types

We have found Vibradermabrasion to be extremely safe and have not had problems such as pitting, scarring, or hyperpigmentation in patients with darker skin. I had ONE vibraderm treatment to my skin a year ago and I am now left with visibly enlarged pores entire face (a dermatologist opinion), textural changes and SCARS on my upper lip and chin. This device uses a paddle embedded with abrasives that vibrates over your face at 80 hertz. I had nearly invisible pores and just a few age spots on my upper cheeks. My skin is RUINED. I am a Fitzpatrick IV and this treatment should never have been done on my face. If you have not had this procedure done, don't do it. You WILL be damaged.
