Vi Peel Vs TCA Peel After Fraxel Laser?

I had 2 Fraxel & IPL treatments. It has been recommended that I get 3 and get a Chemical peel to accelerate exfoliation in between my last Fraxel & IPL treatments.
How much time should I wait after/before Fraxel treatment and what are the benefits and/or differences of the 2 peels? 30%TCA & Vi Peel?
I am 51, medium toned caucasian w/ relatively good skin, some fine lines under eyes and deeper labial mouth folds, some broken capillaries around nose and cheeks. One week post 2nd treatment with minimal improvement. Please advise on best course of action? Thank you.
