I used a makeup remover paper towel (please excuse me it is probably the wrong terms) to remove dirt from under my eye, the skin bright red after I was finished and since then, there has been vertical wrinkles under my eyes. (Where the eye creases if squiting, I do know for a fact they were not there before) Like the title says, I am not considering botox, neither would I consider something that would end up in volume loss under the eye.
