Can Permanent Vertical Muscle Suture from Tummy Tuck Be Removed?

I had a painful pinch which suddenly "snapped" inside plus have pinching, itching and pain starting inbetween my breasts all the way down past my new navel. I believe my stomach was stitched wrong  and that is what snapped plus my body may be rejecting the suture causing the pain.

I would like this removed but is a Tummy tuck required again or can the suture be removed otherwise? Scar tissue will keep muscle together? Sewn too deep?
