These lines run from the outside corners of my eyes to the middle. I also have regular crows feet.

Will Botox soften the vertical lines around my eyes?
Yes, Botox or Dysport can soften the unwanted lines and wrinkles around the eyes, including the Crow's feet.

A combination of treatments is best
The vertical lines are probably sleep lines from sleeping on your side. They do not usually improve significantly with just Botox. We use a combination of treatments for these types of lines depending on how they look clinically. We often use Botox and fillers in that area as there may be a loss of volume there and that’s why it wrinkles up. Lines under the eyes
I would caution you regarding Botox injections for lines under the eyes. The effects of Botox to the lower eyelid area is unpredictable. In some cases, it may loosen the muscle in that location, placing you at risk for bulging of the underlying fat and swelling of that region.

Botox will work to reduce the appearance of dynamic wrinkles
Botox should work well to reduce the appearance of your lines. The best test is to see how prevalent your wrinkles are at rest (i.e. when your muscles are not contracting). If you have extensive wrinkling even at rest, then the lower likelihood that you will see a huge improvement with Botox alone.
