Vertical Lines and Large Pores After V Beam

I got vertical line scars and what looks like very large pores from v beam laser done on my chin area. Anything that can be done? I also go some indentions and I see on the v beam website this is a possible risk. Is there anything that can be done now? My derm. who did it says use my differin but that does not seem to help much retin a seems to irritate my skin. I had a few peels done also with no help. Any suggestions?
