Vermillon Border Damage from Injection with Dermal Filler

Please can you advise whether it is possible to damage the vermillon border by having Restylane (for example) injected? I had treatment 4 days ago and now have a round lump on the lower lip on one side. It feels and looks as if the border has burst, as there is no definition to my lip border in that area at all. I had some swelling for a couple of days, but this has now settled. The lump on my lip border is quite distinct. I would really be glad of some advice. Thank you.
