5 months out, clear damage done.Asked original mohs surgeon but he keeps saying he did nothing to eye(not true).Occuplastic surgeon suggested when he lifted outer orbital skin to pull toward temple he didn't account for levator aponeurosis insertion to be in different place for asian so looks like it was cut and sutured to outer tarsal. He told me I should just deal with it. Eyebrow sits lower too. Just want this mess fixed but don't think I will ever be able to look the same.

The swelling after Mohs surgery typically depends on the extent and approach to closure of the Mohs defect. Typically swelling resolves on its own in one week any thing beyond that should be discussed with your surgeon who closed defect.
