My teeth are already not that bad and pretty straight but would it be possible to still get veneers put in for the 4 front teeth and 4 bottom ones? Mine are pretty long but I have an idea of wanting them more small and rounded and also whiter. Does it matter what condition your teeth are already in? Below are some pictures of how I want my teeth .
Answer: You Can Have Stunning Porcelain Veneers!
Of course you can! Veneers are performed for many different reasons. Try whitening first. If you like the color a cosmetic dentist can slightly reshape them for you. If this does not satisfy your aesthetic expectations, then consider veneers. They should look much better than either of the pictures that you attached as they should look thin, natural, and as white as you would like. Good luck!

Answer: Veneers, smile makeover, dental consult, cosmetic consult
Absolutely. Veneers can be used to accomplish a number of different improvements to a smile. Your idea of collecting photos that depict "how I want my teeth" ,as you say, is very helpful. Find a dentist with lots of experience with cosmetic smile makeovers and schedule a consult visit to share your expectations, show pictures and discuss if this is realistic for YOU. An experienced dentist should be able to guide you through options after listening to your goals and looking at your teeth. The ultimate goal should be natural-looking teeth that are in harmony with your face and coloring. And obviously if you're only doing 4 teeth on top and bottom, the shade match is critical to maintain a natural appearance.

Answer: How to know what improvement will look with veneers
The key in your case is likely to be good communication. While I don't do it often, yours is a good case for esthetic imaging. Shortening teeth isn't reversible so you need to have it well planned...start with whitening of course.

Answer: Can You Have Veneers if Your Teeth Are Already Straight but You Just Want an Improvement?
Yes, you can typically get veneers if your teeth are already straight as long as you are a candidate (to be determined once you have seen a cosmetic dentist for a consultation). There are many reasons a person would want to get veneers. Not just to correct crooked or misaligned teeth, but also to improve the shape, shade, enhance the color (make them whiter and a more consistent), to close gaps, to correct chipped or jagged teeth, or to just get that Hollywood smile. Your teeth and gums need to be healthy and in good condition to get veneers so you start with a solid foundation. The most ideal situation is generally to put veneers on the teeth that show (especially on the upper) which is generally at least 8-10 teeth. Some patients that have a fairly basic case can sometimes get away with just doing 4 or 6 teeth, but it would depend on the recommendations of your cosmetic dentist. A very important factor to consider to to ask the dentist what lab the use. Different labs offer different results with veneers and it will make a big difference in the aesthetic outcome of your case. You also want to make sure the cosmetic dentist has many example cases of before-and-afters so you can see real life results. Lastly, make sure they take your bite into consideration when placing veneers, as this can effect things adversely if done incorrectly. Best of luck!

Answer: Veneers for Aesthetic Improvement: YES and NO
Here's the simplistic answer to your question:
1.YES you can get veneers on your teeth.
2. NO I would not do them for the aesthetic concerns your describe.
Quite honestly, simple recontouring and reshaping of the incisors enamel might be able to accomplish the "smaller, rounder" look you want and some teeth whitening if the enamel is healthy.
