Velasmooth or Velashape After Vaser Lipo on the Abs?

I had Vaser Lipo done 3 weeks ago on the abs. The area has some fluid still and the skin looks quite uneven. Will having Velasmooth or Velashape improve things? If so, how and what is the difference between the two of them?
