Is VelaShape More Effective with More Force Applied?

I have been receiving VelaShape on my stomach, thighs, and calves. Is it better to apply stronger force?

My spa has two technicians. One person uses extreme force in applying the machine (it hurts & I receive bruises the next day) and the other uses the machine very slowly & gently. Also, on my calves, there are small dots (they look like freckles).

I never had these dots before I started using VelaShape. These dots are only on my calves, NOT on my stomach/thighs. They seem like burn marks. But I believe some are falling off. Is this common?
