Stomach Bulge After Vaser Hi-def Lipo

I'm starting week 4 after vaser and mid-def: upper-lower stomach. my stomach still look as big as before the op. I retur took all the fat of the stomach, and my buldge was not fat, so his job was done. He said this is as result of stomach breathing, but all the articles say the contrarie. He has also canceled my next op (flanx), he sais that he would be taken my money and not my fat. Is he trying to get rid of me? it is possible that there is internal damage? Can anyone advice? thanks.
