When Can I Start Exercising After Vaser Liposuction?

I had Vaser lipo done yesterday. When can I start exercising. I am very athletic. I have a high tolerance for pain as I have not needed to take a pain pill post procedure. I had minimal fat removed as I just wanted the exercise and diet resistant fat removed. I would like to start walking and ramp up to my usual exercise routine. My doctor's office says 3 - 4 weeks but I feel that is overly conservative in my case. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
