Vascular Compression to Vascular Scarring After Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

I'm suffering from pretty severe facial redness after a non-surgical rhinoplasty vascular compression complication. My doctor instructed me to apply nitroglycerin ointment to treat the problem but my nose and face is still very red a week later. This incident also caused a big red scab on my forehead that bleed quite a bit before I started treating with the ointment. Will this redness on my face and nose ever go away or is it scarred? Is it vascular scarring? I'm so depressed. What do I do?
