I feel my face is too round and Polish like. I would like a more contorted modelsque face . But I still want to look young. I' want to look more chiseled like Megan fox . I have been called moon face or chipmunk cheeks . Also can you please let me kno what face shape my face would be categorized as so I can try to incorporate my make up to its best. Thank you . Also if someone can give me the cost for the procedure too would be greatly appreciated!!
Answer: Chin implant candidate The profile photographs demonstrate a weak and recessive chin profile, for which a small Silastic chin implant can improve. Chin implants can be placed throug a submental incision to give augmentation to the chin to help with facial balance and proportions. When placing a chin implant, the implant gives mostly added projection, some added amount of width, and a small amount of vertical height, due to the fact that the implants are three-dimensional structures. Answer: When reality doesn't match your desires you can certainly have procedures that will change your looks, presumably closer to what your ideals are. The chin implant was already suggested. I'm not an implant fan and prefer fat grafting instead to achieve the same outcomes at less risk but it may take several grafting sessions to get you to the desired endpoint. Makeup certainly can camouflage a lot of things but your natural is not bad as you are. I don't see moon facies or chipmunk cheeks at all. You should really examined your motivations and if life changing and needed to get you where you want to go, then certainly schedule a consultation with local board certified plastic surgeons and get your options... its suggested you get at least 2 consultations so you can confirm what may be best for you.

Answer: Face Too Round Thanks for posting your photos. When someone thinks that their face is too round it is very often attributable to inadequate bone structure and prominent cheek fat pads. This type of fat Is present in infants to reduce friction in the cheek muscles as the baby nurses but remains present to varying degrees in adulthood. Removing the buccal fat pad as it's called in my experience results in a more sculpted look with the cheek prominences (bony) appearing more highlighted and noticeable as a result of sculpting of the lower soft part of the cheek.Additionally, I think you would benefit from enhancement of your chin with the use of a silicone chin implant. The combination of buccal fat pad removal and enhancement of the chin can provide a very lovely enhancement of your facial structure.Meet with at least one or more board-certified plastic surgeons to go over your options carefully.
