Vaginal Dryness Side Effect of Vaginoplasty?

I am considering Vaginoplasty. I've had a hysterectomy and bladder sling and ever since, I have had vaginal wetness more after than before. Will there be a side effect of vaginal dryness after the procedure?
Vaginal dryness after Vaginoplasty.
Vaginal dryness is not a complication of Vaginoplasty surgery. Vaginal secretions are controlled by your hormones and these can be affected by your hysterectomy.
Vaginoplasty and dryness
That is not considered a complication of vaginoplasty surgery. However, you may require more personal lubricants if you are experiencing greater friction due to diminished size of the vaginal canal.

No complaints from my patients...
I have not heard of this complaint after vaginoplasty. I would encourage you to speak with other patients who have had similar surgery as they might address this more directly.
