Vaginal Skin Tags?

I noticed a month or so ago skin tag like around my anus...i didn't think much of it. But then I noticed smaller almost skin tags on the clitoris hood and lip by my labia. They are smaller almost too small to notice (Of course I notice them)...I noticed them a week or so after I shaved down there. I normally do but I stopped for a month or so. Since then I haven't shaved...but it seems like the vaginal lips have because very dry leading to itchiness. Help on what this possibly is?

See your provider to see what they are

Skin tags can happen around the anus or the vaginal area, but there are other things that can look like tags but are not. Sometimes hemorrhoids can look like tags around the anus. Also, genital warts caused by the human papilloma virus can sometimes look like tags. I would recommend that you see a dermatologist, your family physician or an OB/GYN to determine what is causing them.
