Brown discharge weeks after surgery is usually related to the menstrual cycle. The stress of any surgery, vaginal or nonvaginal, will frequently throw off the timing and nature of your first cycle after surgery. Nonetheless, a vaginal exam by your surgeon or any gynecologist will be able to confirm that nothing else is responsible.

Any increase in discharge after vaginal rejuvenation should merit an exam.  Infection or fluid collection or wound separation would all be concerns.
