Injectable Fillers are the best alternative for lip augmentation.

I am familliar with the V-Y advancement technique for lip enhancement. We did several during my fellowship in Advanced Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery over 10 years ago. The results were subtle at best, all with the expense and downtime of a surgical procedure.
