Post Procedure Care for V-Beam on Spider Veins?

I am thinking about having my legs treated for multiple spider veins. I know that when the traditional Sclerotherapy is done, support hose are necessary. Is that true for V-Beam? Are there other after effects to be aware of? Is the treatment normally done in one visit?
