Is UVA Radiation Weaker in Winter?

It's largely accepted that UVB exposure decreases during the fall-winter half-year (all other circumstances being equal), but what about UVA radiation ? I've read contradictory things on that subject. Sun rays being more dispersed in winter, that should include UVA radiation, right ?
