Piggy nose after Rhinoplasty 3 months post op.
Hello,
The swelling over the operated ares sometimes make it look that way .I feel its too early to start making assessment on the operated nose.I think you should give some more time and then see your PS as to what he thinks.

Over-rotated tip after rhinoplasty
Typically the tip of the nose will drop slightly as healing progresses after rhinoplasty. However, if it is still significantly upturned 3 months after rhinoplasty I expect it will change only marginally over the course of the year.
