Basically I have a naturally upturned nose and also large nostrils which I would regard as unattractive. What I would like to do is derotate the tip and in turn make the nostrils smaller. I've heard that such a procedure quite complex and requires a vastly experienced surgeon. What are the main risks associated with said procedure.
