Is it possible to have an upper body procedure (like arm lift) and lower body procedure (like Tummy Tuck) done in one operation? Will it compromise blood flow?

Combined breast and abdominal cosmetic procedures
As long as you are healthy and in good physical and psychological health, most breast and abdominal surgeries can be done in one operation. Make sure the length of the surgery in your surgeon's hands won't exceed 6 hours as this has been shown to significantly increase the risks.

Safety of combined procedures
Combined procedures do increase risk, as they increase surgical time. If you are young and healthy, I generally think it is reasonable to consider elective operations that have a total length less than 6 hours. If you have some medical issues, shorter times may be more reasonable, and in some cases elective operations are not a good idea. Upper and lower body procedures in one operation?
Of course it is. But - the REAL question is it ADVISABLE.
Assuming your are otherwise healthy and do not have heart or lung disease, or smoke, the overwhelming risk of these procedures is related to how much time your procedure lasted. The longer the procedure(s) - the higher the risk of blood clot going to the lungs, of bleeding and of infection. Even if you do not encounter any of these potential complications, ask yourself just how comfortable you may be BOTH with sore arms AND tummy...

It Is Possible
Multiple procedures can be safely performed at the same time. It is important that careful evaluation of the patient's health be made, and evaluated in the context of the procedures that are to be performed.
A tummy tuck is a large procedure, and is physiologically demanding on the patient. The brachioplasty is a moderate operation, as it does take some time under anesthesia.
