Filling out the lower third of the face
Fillers can be used to fill out the lower third of the face. This will help temporarily. Jaw line improvement, marionette line improvement, and cheek hollowness all can be corrected to some extent with fillers.

Facial filler for small upper jaw
Occasionally this is achieved for patients with a condition called facial lipodystrophy. Probably Perlane, Radiesse, and Sculptra are the most popular fillers for this purpose.
