I had a reduction rhinoplasty 20 months ago. I used to have an over projected nose with a bump, but it was sharp and defined. Now it is rounder and less defined which I am disappointed about. The biggest disappointment though, is that it looks wider and flatter when I smile showing my teeth. I believe this is because there is less structure holding the skin. Do you think the skin hasn't contracted enough, is there anything that can be done. I want to smile big again!!!! Thanks so much

At this particular time you have waited long enough to see your final result. Overall, to be fair, your nose does look very natural from this photo. But I understand what your concerns are. Sometimes, the reason that your nose can have both less refinement and appear broader with smile after a reduction rhinoplasty is that you have lost some of your nasal tip projection.
